Do you have convenient ample parking at the Clinic?
Yes. Our patients have no trouble finding adequate and convenient parking. There are numerous spaces in the parking circle directly in front of our building that are designated exclusively for the use of our patients and there is no charge for using these spaces.
Is it necessary to get a prescription from my doctor before beginning physical therapy at the Nayden Clinic?
At this time, yes. We do require a prescription for PT from your doctor before you can begin physical therapy with us. You can bring this prescription to us on the day of your first visit or your doctor’s office can fax it to us directly at 860-486-8081. (Please recognize that a prescription for Physical Therapy is NOT the same as a referral that may be required from some HMO/Insurance companies).
Will my referring doctor be kept aware of my progress in Physical Therapy?
Yes. After you are evaluated, your therapist will send a written report of his/her findings to your doctor. Follow-up reports on your progress are sent as appropriate to keep your doctor apprised as to how you are doing.
How do I know if my insurance will cover my treatment? Will I have to pay a co-pay?
We accept virtually all insurances including Medicare and Workers Compensation. Please see our Participating Insurance List and if you do not see your insurance listed, please contact us at 860-486-8080 to inquire about coverage. If per your insurance policy you have a co-pay for each visit, we will need to collect that amount each time you come in for treatment. For your convenience, we accept all forms of payment: check, cash, debit card, credit card and even Husky Bucks.
